Hi all
Just want to share my news when to see a hypontherpist today and though he didnt use hyponotherpy he used somthing called nlp but i feel like a new woman.
Its early days yet but 12 years of panic attacks health anxiety ocd and gad seem to be leaving me
His practice is in retford called mindcraft but he has on in london too.
I feel like a weight has been lifted.:yesyes:

oh brill... i am so glad to hear something positive... i have a friend of a friend who had hypnotherapy for the same things and she thought it was fantastic.... it was that good she trained to do it herself and gets referals from g.ps in our area... i am going to find her number now!!!!!! x x
