hi new and very nervous!

:unsure: Hi I joined a week ago and have just got up the courage to post something! Have been suffering from depression for most of my life, recently diagnosed bipolar but coped pretty well. Recently having real issues with anxiety and panic attacks leading to time off work. Have been reading alot of the threads and info on this site and now feel that I am 'normal' and that no more panic is going to be of great benefit :winks:
