head cold?

hey all
just wondering i got a runny nose, a few aches, a light head feeling, and heaache when and after listening to something loud.

is this a head cold, or my anxiety, or something deadly:ohmy:
i had bust up with my brother i had stressful time

I've had this all week, I was off work ill with it because my headaches and dizziness got so bad. I presume it's some kind of bug, viral infection or sinus related. It's gone after a week anyway. :-)
