hi - am 34 yrs old, a bit about why I've joined - had panic attacks since 2002 due to relationship break down, relocation & money worries... I was having attacks every single day :weep: then I started with health anxiety due to having a pain in my side one day!
Every single day was a worry until I fell pregnant I seemed to have something to focus on, then they returned when she was born - but the worry was on her, not me.
Panic attacks returned in 2008 when I heard I had pneumonia. Didn't help that I was moving home at the same time and the last year and a half have been a constant worry either money or my health and started to feel very depressed.
