feels like i am shaking inside

hi everyone just a quick question. i feel today as though my body is shaking inside, i have been really anxious this last few weeks and sertraline has been increased this week to 100mg. just wondered if anybody else gets this weird termbly feeling. :)

I've read that antidepressants can mess with your blood sugar levels and I get hypoglycaemia if I don't eat regularly. Low sugar levels can cause this trembly feeling but these meds can also cause tremor anyway. I'm lucky that I've never had tremor with any meds but low sugar levels can definitely make you feel trembly (and also cold).

Good news is that it will pass once your body adjusts to the higher dose.

It's quite a common symptom, I get this quite a bit when I'm anxious.
