HA out of control

Feeling really panicky today.
Arthritis painful since going back to work , have appointment with rheumatologist at the end of month, still not sure what type of arthritis i have.
Poo still very pale (sorry) , had upset stomach a week ago , now worrying about this!!! although colonscopy in nov was normal.
Please advise..

Good morning! HA is such a horrid thing and you really spiral out of control with emotions. Please remember that your primary illness here is HA. I expect that you are so tensed and anxious that this is making your arthritis worse? My stomach has been foul since I started with HA 18 months ago. It is a vicious circle as the look of my poo etc makes me worry then the worry makes tummy worse etc. Hope you have a good weekend and try to distract yourself to stop the worrying. xxAre you on any meds for you arthritis as this could affect tum (even pain relief)
