Lonliness

hi, I'm feeling so alone and have people around me, can anyone identify with this??? Please help me I'm so alone.:weep:

Oh Teegra thats so tough.....in my case its because people cant indentify with what I'm going through with anxiety and palps etc...but you are not alone especiallly with this wonderful site....there are plenty of people there who do understand.

I have had that feeling. Being in a room full of people and feeling like you are in a bubble, people watching, or being alone and feeling that loneliness more than ever! The longest time was for about 3 months continuous. Its horrible isn't it? Thing is though when you feel better those feelings will go away. :)
