Hello all!
I just joined here tonight and I find it so surprising I've never seen this site before.
I'm a long time Agoraphobic that has been virtually symptom free for fifteen years but recently had a lot of stress all at once and this triggered some anxiety attacks which got me to slide back into familiar territory. Not such fun, but then I'm sure everyone here knows just how little fun this stuff can be.
