erm, yes, I am very bad with introductory posts. I've had panic attacks and phobias for years, I was diagnosed schizoaffective years ago, but learned to get most of it under control, without medication. However, I am still prone to hanging on to irrational fears in some areas (mainly health ones) so I hoped to find a place to just sort of vent when that happens, as a little reassurance can go a long way and I am generally too shy to go into my fears 'in real life' as they say.
