At the end of my rope

I'm new - found this site while doing the dreaded Googling of back pain which is almost certainly a huge tumor.

I'm driving myself crazy, along with everyone around me. I have a child with severe autism, and so I have enough to worry about without this health anxiety.

Hoping to find common ground here, as well as a place I can be myself.
