At the minute i'm getting intermittent episodes of being "unattached" throughout my day to day activities of shopping working etc. Just wondering if there is any medication that would alleviate this symptom at all. Thankyou suz

This may or may not be helpful..but I spent most of november and december feeling like that, all I can say is it DOES pass, I promise you. And then when you next feel like that, you need to tell yourself that it is only temporary. But you have my sympathy. xxx

I feel like that most of the time so you are not alone. It is apparently a common symptom and will do you no harm although it is very un-nerving. I hope it passes soon.

Hey suz, well i have that too. I have been told by my therapist and dr that when the anxiety diminishes so to will that feeling. They also told me that meds can help with that - although im trying to find out if thats true as well. Julia says it does pass but when its happening you cant imagine it going away. I too have been feeling it for about 8 weeks and its awful! I hope shes right that is passes and with a quickness!

There is no medication that can relieve it.

When your anxiety diminishes so this will too.

Relaxation, good diet and exercise can all help.

Your anxiety is the human representation of the pictures that you paint using your many vivid colours of revolving and reoccurring thoughts.
