Handwriting deterioration - not in my head!

My handwriting is deteriorating rapidly - when I go to write, my arm quickly cramps up and I end up messing it up / scrawling. This is definitely getting worse.

I have been referred to Neurologist, who found nothing; waiting for results of MRI. My GP thinks it is anxiety - but I believe it could be nerve damage of some kind (I actually think it is vCJD). Maybe triggered by recent swine flu vaccine?

I am unsteady on my feet too.

Help! Could this be anxiety?

Yes, it sounds like anxiety. When I try to put my signature on anything now, especially if someone is watching me, it looks just like a squiggle!! The unsteadiness also sounds like anxiety, although probably you feel unsteady but don't actually look it to others. Try not to worry too much about these symptoms as they won't harm you. Sometimes when you focus on your symptoms then it makes them feel worse.
