By way of an intro i have been diagnosed as suffering from HA, this illness has been with me for 18 months and it stinks. For a lot of this time i was sure i was coming to an early end yet my doctors was not convinced, believe me i am glad he's right. So now it's cbt and time to overcome this so best of luck to all you other sufferes. This is the hardest thing i have ever come up against, surprising really.:welcome:
