Someone give me some motivation/advice please. I NEED to go out today. I want to just do some girly things like go tanning and get my hair dyed but I am so scared, I haven't went out in around a month or so. Literally have not left the house once. I had a bad panic attack last time, I thought I was dying and ever since then just the thought of leaving makes me want to cry. I'm afraid I'll faint or something? How do you help ease the anxiety it gives you? :weep:

BABY STEPS,,,, thats wot ive been doing,, i couldnt go to my local coop and felt the same as u,, it a two min drive for me,, but for the last 4 weeks ive done it nearly everyday,, it was hard at first, but now its a breeze,, so im going to go abit futher for a nother mth , and so on,, sometimes its not could to jump in the deep end,, as memory alone can trigger a panic attack,, keep it fresh ,
