Hi all
I'm waiting for a mental health assessment (one week down, seven weeks to go :weep:) and thought it might be an idea to utilise my iPod and download some stuff which would help me with my panic attacks. Can anyone recommend any good ones?
I do wish we were all sitting in a room together, instead of us all feeling alone and frightened on the other side of a computer screen :bighug1:
