Why wont the Doctor Section Me

I feel so awful, went to the doctors and, other than upping my citalopram to 20mg and telling me to take diazepam in the morning for a few days, he was really dismissive - apparently I'm a born worrier!

I can't eat, can't do anything (other than panic) - I asked him if he would section me as I need to do something, but he said that if he could he would, but he can't.

I don't understand why I'm screaming for help and nobody seems to be listening.

shout louder if you feel so low you should get the help you need anxiety is hell .feel for you be brave ,,

I can't shout any louder, I'm so exhausted. Maybe the increase in meds will start to help soon.

it should do ,i find when i am very bad i turn fear into keeping busy cleaning ,anything to keep it at bay ,,
