shaking and nervous

Hello everyone can anybody tell me why I am shaky like my hands and body î can't see my body shaking that's internal but my hands r visable I took my beta blocker later than what I usually do is it anthnk to do with that do u think ? Or is adrenaline or panic ? I'm really not sure its a horrible feeling eating an drinkin doesn't help !so strange x

I sometimes gets bouts of feeling shaky but you can't see anything. My legs especially its a wobbly sensation but you look down and I look sterdy as a tree! I think it is adrenaline through the system to be honest and worrying about it wont help or trying to eat or drink WHILST worrying!! Try calm..sit down and have a cup of tea and nibble some toast and try for atleast 5 minutes to get it out of your head.. definitely the more you focus the worse a symptom is.

I am very bad at creating symptoms when I am stressed.. Seriously. Stupid Health Anxiety!! I'm sorry you're suffering with this petal x
