Advice Needed

Evening everyone,

I am not feeling anxious at all today and for that matter I don't most of the time at the moment. However I am having sharp and deep pains in the end of my left arm middle finger which runs up to the top left side of my chest.

Does anyone know what this is? It is bugging me little bit as I am sure this isn't meant to happen. I have deffinately not pulled any muscles at the gym either.

Are you on the computer a lot ? I get this in my fingers to , it sounds like nerve pain hence why you feel it at your chest , it's where the nerve runs

I didn't know that all nerves ran via the chest? It is all up my arm as well?
