today I have found whenever I pull on my nose or even rub it I will get a pain in my head. Could this be a brain tumour?

No, hon, that's not a symptom of a brain tumor. Did you ever rub your foot or ankle and get a pain on your thigh? I think you probably hit a nerve connected to your head.

Think of reflexology. They massage different parts of the body to aid other parts of the body. You don't have a brain tumor, hon. Please relax.
