The title means ive been here before many years ago. Nice to see nmp still up and running, it was a lifesaver to me years ago.
I did seem to overcome my panic and anxiety for a while and its nowhere near as bad as it used to be. I do have some issues currently that mean I seem to be slipping back into the old routine of panic and anxiety though.
I dont have any support anymore from friends and family and feel very alone at the moment so as I had great support from here before, here I am back again.
I dont suppose there is anyone here from when I was here last, but hi if there is and hi to everyone I have yet to meet and talk to.
