Hi all

I have been suffering anxiety for approx 12 years, symptoms ranging from panic attacks to health anxiety, I have looked at this site a few times but I have now decided to register. Its reassuring in a strange way that I am not alone with this and that other people are going through what I am going through, anyway hello everyone

Hello and welcome andy,ur not alone although it feels like that way most ov the time.Im glad u found this site,its excellent.I was.finally others feel the way i do,i never thought there was such a place. Great advise an support here.
