feeling a presence

Hi, sorry for spamming your forum, it is good to find a place to talk about my worries and I have so many questions!
One of the oddest symptoms of my panics this week has been feeling a presence in the room with me, like someone is watching me, stood behind me etc. Well, I think this is related to the panic and anxiety, what do you think??
Does anyone else get this?
I would be interested to know if I am not alone in this, it is quite disturbing :(

i think it is when i was at my worse with this illness i felt my mother with me ,,

Please don't be scared. It won't harm you. A presence is just a feeling - you won't actually see anything.
