mr tickle arms!

Hmm this is a weird one.
When i am having an 'episode' at times I feel like my arms are reeeeally long, barely able to control the hands at the end. Does anyone else get this?

ok this is weird but after reading that my arms feel really now.
i think it's perception and how your focusing on your arms.
maybe its because you get the shakes you can't control your hands?
