Hi, my name is Nina, i'm 20 and currently a student at university. I suffer from extreme anxiety and a severe phobia which always bring on a huge anxiety attack (even if i see it in a cartoon). I am on multiple tablets to control the situation but it feels like nothing really works.
As a student, I am living on my own and finding every single day a struggle, but nothing is as bad as night time when i can guarentee 99% i will have an attack, but i never know if it'll be large or controllable.
I just wanted to say that its a real releaving to finally meeting people that understand how frightening it really it :weep:
