Hi, I'm Kara....I'm 21 & i live alone with my little girl who is almost 2.
I've been having panic attacks since October last year & i can't remember life without them!!! They control everything i do....from what i eat, to where i go, to what i watch EVERYTHING !!!! It really drives me mad :((
I am on Citalopram 40mg per day & I take diazepam as and when i need it. I was on it 3 times a day but as i have improved i've lowered the amount i take.
This site was recommended to me by a friend of a friend & she said she has found some great support here :))
