Looking for some advice on my panic attacks coming back! In the area im living in i cant receive cbt on the NHS, totally devistated...any advice!?

Heya!

Just remember, you've tackled this before, and if you've beaten them once you can beat them again! You can also try borrowing books from the library and working through therapies and exercises with a partner or friend.
