arms that feel like lead

hi everybody

does anybody get a heavy aching feeling that makes their arms feel like lumps of lead. Holding my arms up in the air is a real effort. I feel like I have done a workout at the gym. Did do some racking in the garden on friday but surley I would of felt the symtom then. God got loads of horrible diseases going through my brain now could it be this could it be that.........nightmare!!!!!!!

I went through 2 months of this , I dont know how you get rid of it I had massages and I think it helped a little, perhaps find something eles to focus your mind on, and relax with the thought that a lot of people have this , its scary but nothing terrible happens.
