I have a sore spot underneath the back of my front teeth, not quite under my tongue. DOesn't look like an ulcer...

I am completely mouth cancer obsessed at the minute and can get no reassurance as my dentist busy...

Does anyone compulsively rub in this area with the tongue? Can it make it sore just by doing that?

I feel like I am gonna lose control (again)

thanks

sorry me again. I just reread this and it is misleading. It is not really sore at all, Looks a bit like an ulcer but is painless - I can't feel at all unless I touch it with my tounge... I think I may have irritated it a bit but it is definitely painless...

really panicking, please advise...

You probably are irritating it. It's like a compulsive thing - you feel you can't stop doing it - but you are just making it more sensitive and uncomfortable. I did this once with a blocked saliva gland and my gp told me to stop poking and prodding it because it was making it worse!! Try not to touch it and I bet it settles down.
