going crazy......

Hi folks....

With all this aneixty and depression and mainly panic attacks it really does feel like I'm going crazy.... I know this is how a lot of people here can feel.... At the moment it just feels so close to breaking point where my mind is actually going to turn to mush..... It's like I'm having different peoples thought whizzing round my head....
Does anyone know if there is a breaking point and what happens when it is reached... ?

so reassuring to read this - i often think how long can i go on for feeling like this, there has to come point where i will crack..
but as you say, if you were going to go crazy you wouldnt know it.
