does anyone ever feel like your head is going crazy inside?

like there's too much going on inside it all at once and you feel like ur brain will probly explode at any time, or your going crazy??
i keep getting this mad feeling it only lasts fewminutes but it scares me :unsure:

Yes, I used to have that a lot! It's like one thought connects with other thoughts and then it becomes that huge mess inside your head! But you don't have to worry; this is really normal, especially if you're going through something stressful or anything like it. You don't have to be scared! It's really bad, but when you calm down everything will go back to normal again.

Just try to relax! You're going to be just fine :D
