New theory for breathing issues my brain will try anythnk..

hello all
I have another theory or well my brain does ,ive been getting issues with my breathing for a few weeks makes me feel like i cant breathe and have to keep taking deep breaths well ive noticed this is presnt all day an when im eating feels worse cnt do things without taking deep breaths my doc listened to my chest an said it was from anxietyy didnt do any tests said anxiety and as im breathing ok when im alseep dnt notice it so im telling myself it must b anxiety but now im thinkin it cud b frm acid reflux becos ifeel that not only do i ave to keep takin deep breaths but now i get the feeling i ave to do a big burp but it wnt happen i do suffer reflux an since im not eating alot seems more aggravated ...well can reflux cause this ?anybody have a doc say its frm reflux ?how did it /? or am i jus tryin to figure it out in my head so it can b cured an i can stop freaking out ? dnt no whats going on with my head i knw wen i focus on it its worse but this is the symptom i hate the most an wud do anythnk for it to stop jus worries ,me so much.thanks for reading yet another post frm me.love c.xxx

i got GERD which is reflux aswell acid i find i do the same also i find im out of breath easy aswell i do get a lot of throat clearing from this also i cough all the time i am on tablets for it and it has got better i think personally it does cause anxiety as when my reflux is good i feel like my anxiety has gone :)

Thank u for replying to my crazy post but i think it does ave a factor to the way we breathe becos im tryin to burp an cnt an feels like its affecting my breathing like if i burp i feel the relief an breathe better so strange.im gna start taking my omprezole tmoro see if it helps me becos ive been feeling the acid following up at night ,and in 08 i had bad acid that was affecintin me so i couldnt swallow foods felt like food got caught so i guess it cud do this with my breathing ...i also have a dry cough to that i cnt shake off it came with my cold an wnt go an now its worse wen i lie dwn i feel i cough more .anyway thanks for replying hun means alot take care and best wishes x
