Trembling inside

Hey, does anyone else get the feeling there trembling inside im not a really anxious person, although everyone worries about something

it makes me feel weak i can feel all my legs trembling, if i hold my hands out to there really shaking

Hiya, i could have wrote your post hun. Hace a look through my posts as i done one on trembling inside a weeks ago roughly. Its not nice but its quite common and quite a few on here that i have spoke to get it. Try not to worry, your perfectly normal. x

Hi Joe,

On day 12 of taking fluoxetine for mild depression and last night was a real killer...I had serious trembling inside (for no apparent reason!) and I felt terribly anxious, a feeling that I never had before. I dont know what meds (if any) that you are on, but all I can say is...stick with it, cos it has to get better. I'm feeling much more positive and upbeat today and had a great day at work.
