Hi im Kat,

im new to the site. Ive been suffering with severe anxiety for a year now, but have probably had mild anxiety since childhood. Im just at the begining of treatment really and im finding it really hard.

Its been so good for me reading this site, i felt very alone befor i found it

I too am new here and think this site is brilliant, im sure there are lots of people here that you will relate to that have suffered similar experiences etc and to me its like there is always someone somewhere on here that will respond if i need them.
Hope it feels that way for you too xxx
