Jolts as trying to sleep

Hi all,

Last night when trying to sleep, i experienced sudden jolts like a shock. I had several of them...not all at once before i finally fell asleep.

Anyone else experience this.

many times a week. Its pretty horrible. I read its excess cortisone releasing. Not sure if that's correct though

yeah, had this every night for a while recently. fudgin' horrible. but it passed. like it will with you too!
