buzzing feeling in chest/heart area

hi all, just wonderering if anyone can help ease my mind. i keep getting thie really weird buzzing in my heart area (usually when in bed or layed on settee). i can hear it making a buzzy kind of noise and it kind of vibrates in my chest for a little while. Then it just stops short as if someone has pulled the plug on it and goes back to normal. It's the wierdest thing and hard to explain. Does anyone know what i'm taalking about please. I've had a similar feeling in my legs too.
