was tood talking on phone for about 20 mins, walked about 6 steps got my bp monitor and took reading ,pulse was 59bpm .ive not had it under 60 before so am now freaking out ,ssent my blood pressure up too now,my pulse is normally 64 to 70 when im not doing much, but i have seen it at 60 and 61 bpm a few times,i guess the diff between 59 bpm and 60 is not noticable really but i cant see that,am truly freaking out here ,

A resting PR of 59 is good certainly nothing to worry about, I have had resting PR of 100 before, and that was down to anxiety

thank you for replying peter,it was because ive not noticed it at 59 before thats why i was freaking or more likely not checked it when it was at that,i need to stop worrying, but not that easy, thanks again :)

Well before this stupid Anxiety thing started I had a physical at my Gym and my resting Pulse rate was 61. 6 months later despite taking up running in addition to the weights that I do, and getting myself pretty fit and improving my running times for distances up to 6 miles, I had a physical again and my resting pulse rate had gone up to 74. I was hoping that I would be under 60 and the Gym instructor looked confused. I just told him that I had drank lots of coffee that day.
