Helplessness and Reassurnace

I suffer with low self esteem and have urges and needs for reassurance but sometime there is no-one around to help with these problems...

Any one have any techniques or ways of overcoming this problem?

Thanks for the reassurance...

I know what i need to do but its actually doing it which is half the battle with this 'curse'.

I will check out what others are saying and then go from there really.

I have also been looking into the Linden Method and after watching the videos and reading the stuff online it makes total sense...

There are other things I NEED to do, such as be a stronger person in myself and sort myself esteem out... maybe a few ladies might wanna compliment me lol
