Greetings all.

I was feeling anxious today, and I decided that to try to relieve some of the anxiety I would make a list of all the illnesses that I believed I had in the last 6 months. I quickly began to laugh and it made me feel less anxious, and if anything, truly ridiculous.

I recommend you try it!!! Hopefully it will make you feel better too.

We’ve got to laugh at this at some point in our lives right? Lets do it now!

I agree - you've definitely got to be able to laugh at yourself. I can even laugh at the vivid imagination I've had over the years when I've imagined all sorts happening that never actually did.
