please does any one feel this when i move my eyes sometimes i go dizzy even sometimes when eyes are shut it feels like im off balance not always just sometimes for a split second,also when im driving and i look left and right it suddenly sends me off balance i do have a constant stiff neck im soooo scared could it be anxiety or a connection to neck or eyes :wacko:

yes anxiety can cause this its one symtom a lot of peope get love

Hi Julia, I get this a lot too, if I watch a few cars go past my house it makes me feel off balance and giddy. It's a horrible feeling and dizziness is my most hated symptom and the one I get the most, life's just not fair is it!
