brain ct scan

i have had a ct scan on my head because i keep getting head pain mostly on right side of my head, it came back normal thank god :D.

but the only thing im worried about is was the ct scan good inuf??

would it of definitely picked up a brain tumor or anythink serious??

im only thinking this because i found out about mri scan and that normaly mri is what ppl have.

it definitely would have picked something up. they check for all tumours, haemorrages, blood clots, that kinda stuff. I had one too, and once i got the all clear results, all my pains pretty much stopped, and after about 1 week, I had no pains atall, as it was all just tension from ANXIETY !! good luck and dont worry, you are fine!! :)

hi amiekid, i get the pressure fealing none stop everyday on the side of my head but sometimes it feels numb or like i can feel somthink in the side of my head. thanks for reassuring me about my ct scan my doctor also said if there was anything serious they would of picked up on it and that she dont think i need a mri.:D
