Hi I have been suffering with panic attacks on and off for the past 6 months I think a lot of it is due to menopause and it really is making my life a misery.This site looks so friendly so glad I found it.....

hi desperate to get some feed back. new to internet at 33. have suffered health anxiety for four years. so worrried the fear and constant tension is gonna cause the heart attack i fear the most. any replies is it possible to survive this it is a hard habit to break and i feel like the pain phisically and mentally will kill me. is any body elses pain this severe that they feel they will die at any moment.

Hi Jackie
Perhaps you could start a new post of you own for this as it may get lost in this one.
You may be surprised to know that you heart will be stronger if you suffer from panic/anxiety so less likely to have a heart attack.
Have you looked at the HA page on ther website atall? That may help.
We are all scared of dying- that is the hardest thing to overcome but once you learn that it can't kill you it does get easier to deal with.
