feel like im being pulled about

hi guys can anyone tell me if they feel like they are being pulled all over the place i sit there eating my tea or watching tv and i feel like this only in my head im not going dizzy as such just a bit worrying

Hi Melvin, i get this so much and I have done for months now, do you have any tension in your neck or shoulders, also do you sit hunched over a little, its just that I do and I think that is what causes this feeling with me.

Are you eating well?
If so that is ok. if not then eat more.
You mite be tryed or have your eye check.
Could be just under the weather which it could be as we have a long winter.
If after that you mite like to go to the doctor and have him or she to take test just to
See if you are ok.it would be safe than sorry.
I am should that is just the weather we have had this years.

Muscle tension can do this. I got the same thing when i was tense (but didnt realise i was tense!) and a doctor told me that it was the muscles in my head being so tensed up coz i was so anxious. It has since completely disappeared. Ul be fine.
