Hey

I'm feeling really down today. I have had a few good days where i have been feeling okay. Now i have a headache so im thinking i have a brain tumour. Its a like band around my head which is a typical tension type headache am i right?

My sleeping pattern is really bad as i tend to be staying up till half 6 and it would take me about 3 hours to get to sleep and then i get up at like 4pm. I'm stuck in a vicious circle.

any advice?

I think you answered your question yourself.
You should try and fix your sleeping pattern.

One doctor told me that if you do not slep normal hours - it disturbs your circadian rythm and eventually causes anxiety, depression and etc..

So start from sleep.
