Thanks, I have just had a read. I hear mixed things about CBT, some people say it helps, others say it made no difference to them. It's a shame there is such a waiting list to have this treatment and it's so expensive to pay privately. I wouldn't mind paying if I knew it was definitely going to work, but you never know if it will effect you in the same way.
