Well after having a clear ultrasound on my gallbladder today I can now start the pill my GP has prescribed me for my heavy periods. He has given me Loestrin 20.
Can anyone tell me when they started the pill if they experienced breakthrough bleeding when they first started it and if they did how heavy was it, and how long did it last?
I am on day 10 of my cycle, GP said I cant start it at any point as I don't need it for contraception purposes.
