aww stars hun im here if u need a chat just pm me ive suffered with health anxiety and panic for over 2yrs so scarey but togther we can beat it . what did u have to eat tonight? sumit sugary ? foods can trigger a panic attack like if i have caffeinene ,hugs love c xx
