hello 2 weeks of taking 10mg

still not sleeping have been prescribed zopiclone

1 min i feel ok then its like something comes over my body and i just have to lay down i cant do anything at all......

is this the increased anxiety because its so powerful and scary.:weep:

Yes this is quite normal for the stage you are at.
Within a few more weeks you should start to sleep a lot better.
I'm 11 weeks in and can sleep for England now, but at week 2/3 was just like you.
Have you tried a bit of exercise - doesn't need much - just go for a 20 min brisk walk maybe?

Hey Dave,

Really sorry you feel like that....been there mate, awful!! It will pass, like Martin says after a couple of weeks it will get better. Good you have the zopiclone so at least you get to sleep. Has your GP suggested diazepam to help at all? For a short period they can be a god send!
