Im 19, and have been having some social anxiety and panic attacks for about a few years now.

when its really bad i used 2 just want 2 get in bed and try 2 force myself 2 sleep but i now know that nothing bad is going 2 happen 2 me and its just in my mind!it still scares me having weird thoughts but i know its just in my mind and it will pass.
