Hi:D
Recently I've been suffering from Vertigo and nausea. I was perscribed Serc and Stemetil by a doctor at my local hospital. After reading the leaflet I got with them it said not to take of you have 'Phaeochromocytoma'.
I had no idea what it was so I googled. As far as I can gather it's a tumour on your adrenal gland that causes anxiety, palps, sweating and so on. I'm a bit scared to take the tablets now as I'm thinking that me having this is a possibility.
I've had blood tests done but it said it can only be diagnosed with a 24hour urine test. Should I ask for one from my GP before I take the tablets or am I being too cautious?
