Good morning,

Hope you are all well,

The last few days I have been having various kinds of headaches. Today seems to be pretty bad, painkiller shavent done anything to help it feels like pressure in my head and it's aching as well. My vision seems to be affected too, seems kind of blotchy. Is this just another part of anxiety? It's really worrying me now.

Richard.

Hi Richard,

The 2 symptoms you have, I have had as well. While these 2 symptoms could be anxiety symptoms they also could be migrain too.
I have only ever had a few migrain's in my past before I sufferd Pa's, high anxiety and at them time's the 2 symptoms were, various kinds of headaches but always came with the blotchy vision.
I had these symptoms when I was suffering pa's, high anxiety too.

I know its hard Richard but try not to worry.
If its migrain normal pain killers will not work, you need to get meds for migrain, but always ask advice at the chemist if you are on any other meds, if its ok to take the migrain meds.

Hope this helps and you are feeling better soon.

TAKE CARE

LOVE JILLXX

Thanks for your reply Jill, i've never had a migraine so I'm unsure how it would feel. I'll look into it, thank you.

This is really worrying me now, keep gettign strange small pains in my head and my breathing is short and my throat hurts etc. It could just be me worrying about what it is and making my anxiety worse. Hope it is anyway!

Hi there

I used to get funny pains and pressure in my head when my anxiety was acute, it's all to do with tension and pain killers will not help. Try some relaxation techniques i.e breathing from your diaphragm whilst lyong on the bed always helped me, it will also help with the symptoms of breathing that you are experiencing which is due to the anxiety realted to your head hurting.
Your throat is probably hurting as you are feeling anxious.

Hope this helps

Take care
